Yes. It has happened to my friend. And also to me. Someone copied my popular Medium article and published it on Vocal Media exactly the same.

I reported it to Vocal Media, but they haven't responded or taken down the post.

The sad part is that his article ranks better on Google than my original one. Not sure how to fix this. :(
