What’s your purpose for writing online?

What’s your purpose for making art?

In other words, what’s your purpose for doing creative work?

Is it because you want to be famous or make a lot of money?

Or is it something else?

Having clarity about your purpose is crucial. It not only helps you achieve the outcome you want but also gives you the motivation to do the work.

Your purpose defines your motivation to do the work.

Why you do what you do

In creative work, your goal should not be to make a lot of money and become famous. Those are wrong aspirations.

Creative work is not about the outcome.

It’s not about the number of artworks you sell or followers you have.

It’s not about the thousands of dollars you make.

It’s only about one thing: Your love for your work.

Do you care about your writing? Do you care about your art?
