Usually, our choices are binary. They’re either in the form of yeses or nos.

Are you hungry? Yes.

Do you want ice cream? No.

Should I quit this job? Yes.

Our lives are driven by the choices we make. Each decision has an impact on our life, no matter if it’s the right or wrong one.

The choices we make every day shape our lives.

From deciding to wake up at 6 a.m. to going to bed at 10 p.m., everything that happens in between has to do with our choices.

Our daily habits are also a form of choices. A person who chooses to go to the gym and exercise becomes healthy and fit.

Conversely, someone who eats junk and doesn’t move their body gets an unhealthy life.

Sometimes, the choices are difficult. You are confused as to what’s good for you.

Making the right choice is crucial. But sometimes, not making the wrong choice can be the better option.

For example, you don’t know what you want for dinner. You have tons of options…
