I’ll Be Writing Short Posts On Medium For A Month As An Experiment

Can short stories help me grow my Medium profile?

I’ve seen many writers grow their Medium profiles just by writing short stories.

However, most successful bloggers suggest that we need to write long articles to increase blog traffic. It helps with SEO. But is that the same with Medium?

Let’s see.

I will be writing short posts on Medium for a month as an experiment. My motive is to understand the reason behind writers’ growth in this platform—whether it is article length, catchy headlines, SEO-optimized content, or something else.

I won’t be writing stories on a specific niche. Instead, I will be writing about different topics.

I will be checking my stats throughout the month, including followers count, views, and engagements. And, at the end of my experiment, I will be sharing my results with the readers.

This is the first time I’m writing solely on Medium. Most of my previous stories include articles that I have written for my blog.

I’m excited to start this experiment and see the outcome.
