Try this.
I like to read every day for an hour in the morning.
But, some mornings are different; I lose focus.
Every morning, I usually continue reading the book from the previous day.
I was doing the same this morning. But, I was unable to focus on the context.
Something was off.
Then, I kept the book down on the table and stopped reading for a few minutes.
I looked at my bookshelf, picked up another book, and started reading a random chapter.
I suddenly started to feel good again. I was back on track.
A quick shift in the context helped me re-focus on reading.
I enjoyed the book.
My morning was good again.
The next time you don’t feel like reading, switch the book. I’m sure you will get back in the zone too.
